Costs

The overall costs to complete the whole monastery will come to approximately $4.5m.

This is worked out on the approximate costs of 1m2 = $2,000, therefore 2,236 m2 = $4.5m
So 2,236m2 = $4.5m

It is proposed that St Mary and St Anthony's Coptic Orthodox Monastery will be built in 2 stages:

Stage One:

The initial costs to prepare the land for building comes to approximately $68,000. This includes the following:

Architectural Drawings Donated by Coptic Engineer or $10,000

Items to be built in stage one include the following:

This will also enable the Monastery to start generating its own income which will assist with further developments.
